I founded the Learning Content Accessibility Spotlight (LCA Spotlight for short) community where we bring an accessibility standard, topic, question, or even actual project to the spotlight for 2 weeks to raise awareness about accessibility in learning design. Video Content Creation

Between August 2021 and May 2023, I was the manager of the IDOL courses Academy's YouTube channel. I came up with and executed new content ideas each week to help experienced and aspiring Instructional Designers - and grow the channel's views.
